Another Lake on Mars

This lake has a great degree of depth, and we assume that by the steepness of the land mass behind it. It seems it is fed by a water table.

Again, there appears nothing that could be construed as life. Again this perpetuates the anomaly of liquid water – we assume – and no life. There must be a reason why, other than suggesting these photos are not what they appear.

There is a high water mark, indicating the water was once higher for a long enough period of time to cause the water to leave that permanent mark.

The water is also not clear and one can see some depth but one cannot see all the way down to the bottom.
